My name is Hope Lloyd I am a fitness trainer certified through the ISSA (International Sports and Sciences Association). I am the Director of Trauma – Specific Services for The Voice of Hope International. I specialize in helping women and girls overcome the abusive events that they have endured. I teach and guide females on how to utilize exercise as a tool, a type of therapy. I have first-hand experience of the incredible and positive benefits of exercise in my own life. As a former victim of human trafficking, It has taken me a long time to work through my trauma. Years ago, I stumbled upon fitness and I never quit; truly heals me. I may not know your story yet, but I want to show you how to take control of your own mental and emotional health. I want you to feel empowered. I want you to build inner and physical strength because I believe you are worth it and I would be honored to help you.
